2018 DATES:  MAY 30, JUNE 6, 13, 20, 27, JULY 4, 11, 18, 25, AUGUST 1, 8, AND 15!

Yes, we do run on July 4!  We will start at 4 o'clock that day and be done in time for you to get to the nearest fireworks!

NOTE: The address for the complex at Shoreline is 18560 - First Ave NE in Shoreline, but you can't see the stadium when you arrive at the GPS address point.  The track is at the corner of NE 185th Street and Fifth Ave NE.  There are several parking areas to choose from, including part of the grass field directly behind the grandstand.

Our annual all-comers track & field series is our pride and joy! We have been doing this for the general track & field community since 1969, when we took over a languishing series started by the long-defunct U.S. Track & Field Federation.

In the early days, we were at Husky Stadium. Then the rent went up, and West Seattle became home for a few years. The first black rubber track wore out, and we went to Bellevue for a few years – both the high school and the old community college track.  Two years at the UW in 1983-84, then back to West Seattle.

Out to Shoreline, followed by another spell at West Seattle. Edmonds was the site from 1993 to 2004 (except 1997, when Lynnwood stepped in), although we occasionally had to visit Lynnwood or Terrace or Kings when Edmonds was booked for one or two nights a summer.

Shoreline (pictured above) was able to accommodate us for a full twelve meets beginning in 2005, so we were there for 2005 and 2006, followed by a year break at Redmond while the Shoreline infield underwent new turf installation. We returned to Shoreline in 2008, with record-breaking entries since then. For 2016, due to the installation of a new field, we moved all but one meet to Edmonds Woodway.  We returned to Shoreline for 2017.
