Students - $7

Youth and Seniors(over 55) - $6

Adults - $50

Students - $45

Youth and Seniors - $40

CNW Members - $30

Group rates for large clubs and teams are also available – ask at the entry gate or by e-mail.

ENTRY PROCESS AT THE ENTRY DESK

All event signups are taken on site. Entry fees may be paid on-line and help us with results and using electronic timing.

When you enter at the ENTRY GATE, look for signs leading to the ENTRY DESK. Check our many information posters for current procedures. For field events, you may go to the field event area to sign in, but remember to sign up PRIOR to the scheduled starting time for the event.

When a track event clipboard is no longer at the ENTRY DESK, it means it has been taken to the clerk's area for assignment of heats, lanes, and hip numbers. You may still inquire there about open positions, but no new heats will be created to accomodate late entries.

EVENTS DIVISIONS

Kids events are for 14-under participants, and kids get ribbons in all kid’s events. Note: we do not let kids use blocks, or spiked shoes below the age of 9. These events are for fun!

On the schedule, events referred to as OPEN are actually high school, open, and masters (35+).

KIDS TRACK EVENTS SIGN-UP FORMS AT THE ENTRY DESK

THERE ARE NONE!  Kids in the 100-meters, 50-meters, 200-meters, and Mile Jog – as well as adults in the Mile Race Walk – pick up ONE kid's tag for each of the maximum FOUR track events they are going to contest (race walk tags are at the clerk's table and are bright colors).  Fill them out and pin them to the LEFT SHOULDER so that our finish line judges do not have to search the child's body looking for the tag.  These tags are HAND MADE for our series and are EXPENSIVE – please do not waste them!

WAIVERS FOR OUR SANCTION FROM USA TRACK & FIELD

We have been fortunate to have USA Track & Field sanctioning, and it is a valuable protection for our participants.  However, again this year, USATF has asked that we obtain ONE waiver for each participant in the series, signed by them if they are an adult, or by a parent or guardian if they are under the age of 18.  Those two forms are attached here for ADULTS and here for MINORS.  It speeds things up at the gate if you print the appropriate form, fill it out, and have it signed before you come to the meet.  High school age athletes whose parents are not coming to the meet with them need to print the form and have their parent / guardian sign it for them.  For youth athletes who belong to a USATF member track & field club, we will accept the signature of a listed coach.

LATE REGISTRATION NOTE: If you use our on-line payment on a Wednesday and intend to use it for that night's meet, you need to print a copy of your paid receipt and bring it with you to the entry gate!
